Biography

Justine grew up in Metchosin and chose the Westshore to call home with her husband Shaun, son Cory and daughter Talia. What better place to be when you are an outdoor enthusiast that likes to hike, run and ride horses in a casual, safe environment.

Justine has been in sales for over 20 years. A travel agent for 9 years, real estate project sales for 4 years including but not limited to prestigious properties such as Aquattro, The Lookout and The Aspen in which her responsibilities included fastidiously pricing properties, critiquing floor plans and strategizing marketing plans as a subordinate as well as leading with subordinates. Justine was licensed to sell real estate in 2005 starting her career in residential sales with the Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort and spa before becoming independent and continuing to specialize in residential on the southern end of Vancouver Island.

Justine’s success was cultivated from her innate ability to listen to her client’s needs all well meeting and exceeding her client’s expectations, with integrity, when buying or selling a home in a stress free manner. Where in many real estate transactions friends become clients, Justine’s clients become friends and friends continue to be friends as well as lifelong references
